AAP Leader's Detention Plea to be Heard in Court
The Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has scheduled the final hearing for December 18 regarding a habeas corpus petition filed by detained Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA, Mehraj Malik.

Mehraj Malik, who serves as the president of AAP's Jammu and Kashmir unit, was detained on September 8 under the Public Safety Act (PSA). The detention was reportedly due to allegations of disturbing public order. He was subsequently lodged in Kathua jail.
